I am so happy with how many quilts we have shared this week! 14 more quilts are either wrapping up veterans, or will be soon. If you made a quilt, be sure to report it to Quilts of Valor, so they can be included in their count.
Today I’m going to do a wrap up and show off everyone’s quilts together, and remind you to enter the drawing for the Island Batik fabric. I would also really encourage you to check out your local Quilts of Valor chapter and get involved. You can give anything from a full quilt to a single block, and know it will go to support our soldiers.
All of the fabrics in the quilts here were donated by Island Batik. They kindly provided each of us with a stack of Freedom fabric, along with yardage of several other red, white, and blue fabrics.
Becca Fenstermaker — Pretty Piney
Check out “Beth’s Star” – she even set up a pattern sale with some of the proceeds going to Quilts of Valor. Talk about setting the bar high.
Denise Looney — For the Love of Geese
Denise made a flying geese flag quilt, and it is amazing. Would you look at this thing? You know how I feel about curves.
Gail Sheppard — Quilting Gail
I had no idea there was Quilts of Valor in Canada before I organized this blog hop. Check out the beauty Gail made!
Pamela Boatright — Pamela Quilts
Pam made this gorgeous Carpenter’s Star quilt. The pattern is available on the QOV website, along with a bunch of other patterns.
Anne Wiens — Sweetgrass Designs
The quilt that Anne designed is a show stopper. You can download the pattern on her blog.
Bea Lee —Bea Quilter
I’ve tried to come up with something to say about Bea’s quilt, but I can’t. I’m completely without words. 50 different blocks, one for each state.
Carla Henton — Creatin’ In the Sticks
Carla made a stunning Carpenter’s Star. It’s going to be hanging in a quilt shop as part of a QOV Display!
Emily Leachman — The Darling Dogwood
The Carpenter’s Star pattern was super popular, and I have a new quilt pattern on my bucket list. I love the red background!
Joan Kawano — MooseStash Quilting
Check out this beauty from Joan. I can’t get enough of these perfect appliqué letters.
Steph Jacobson — Steph Jacobsen Designs
Steph’s quilt is coming soon, and I cannot wait to see it. I love the blocks that she has made so far.
Leah Malasky — Quilted Delights
The quilt that Leah made is a show stopper. I am always so drawn to quilts that have the illusion of curves.
Anja Clyke — Anja Quilts
Anja is our second Canadian quilter. I love how she worked in a little bit of blue into her top.
Maryellen McAuliffe — Mary Mack Made Mine
I love quilt photos with the sun shining through, don’t you?
Oh, right, here is mine!
Can you believe this parade of gorgeous quilts? Thank you so much for hopping along with us. And thank you to my fellow makers for participating.
Now, wanna win some fabric? You still have a few days to enter!

Thanks again for organizing this wonderful and inspiring blog hop! I, too, have added a couple of patterns to my bucket list, and the local Quilts of Valor group is thrilled with the success of the pattern fundraiser. I hope we can do this again! <3
Well done, Jennifer and Island Batik. Your blog hop produced some gorgeous quilts!
