100 Days 100 Blocks 2018 # 1-25

Things have been a little chaotic here at Dizzy Quilter this week.  The Strauser’s have decided to relocate closer to Manhattan.  Life in a shore town with a long commute to work is just not working for us.  I’ll write a bit more about this soon.

My second Tula Pink City Sampler* quilt is coming along beautifully.

Of course, I can’t really tolerate this random distribution.  I took this photo during a brief break from decluttering the house for photography.

I am really enjoying working with my Island Batik scraps.  I feel little sad each time a particular fabric is all used up.  My hoarding nature is very strong.

The idea of having a large quilt to celebrate my year as an Island Batik Ambassador makes me so happy.

I’ve also unearthed my first set of City Sampler blocks.  They are so close to being a finished top.  All of the fabrics are all in one place – it is past time to get it fully assembled.
