I’m keeping up with Gnome Angel’s sewalong. I am hooked on these tiny pieces, and I love the way the blue blocks look together.
Week 3 – Crosses of the UK
Week 4 – Jacob’s Ladder
There were some tiny triangles left with this one, but they were too small for me and I tossed them.
Week 5 – Trip Around the World
I’m actually a week ahead now, and I think I will give myself a day of piecing these blocks as a reward for finishing two quilts last week.
I love the cat in the middle of the trip around the world!
Thanks! I enjoy fussy cutting and sneaking little surprises into my work.
What fun blocks!
Nice work…I’m doing this QAL too. Your blocks are coordinated…wish I could d that…but nope, all scrappy all the time, and I have no color filters so I never know what is going to happen next. Tomorrow is time to post another block here in Canada. It’s starting to get exciting.
It is exciting, isn’t it? I am having a hard time focusing on work rather than just busting through all of these amazing blocks.
Oooh the do look good – must be lots f fun working on this Jen Kingwell project – I love all her designs. Thanks for linking up to #scraptastictuesday
