For Day 9 of the Sew Good Blog Hop we are featuring Sandra Starley of Textile Time Travels! Sandra is a multi-faceted quilt designer. She is also a certified appraiser, historian, researcher, collector and instructor, living in Utah. So many fun people are in Utah. The quilt she made using Sew Good is just amazing! You’ll have to go to her blog post to see the whole thing, though.
Check out these adorable blocks. I seriously need to go play with my fabric some more. I love how she combined an inspirational antique quilt with these modern fabrics to get so much sparkle and interest.
Don’t forget – you can get yourself a bundle of Sew Good from your local quilt shop, or directly from the designer at Fish Museum & Circus. While you are there, make sure to sign up for Deb’s newsletter – that is how you find out when she is going to drop a new set of pincushions in her shop. I’m personally addicted to collecting her ceramics. (I just got paid today, so be warned – I’ll be logged in and ready when the next batch hits the website. You’ll have to be faster than me to get one).
Remember to visit everyone in the hop – there are so many great makers here! I’ll be back tomorrow with our next maker.
